If you’re coming back from an injury, surgery, or just feel like your body isn’t moving the way it used to, this 6-week program is here to help you reconnect with your body and rebuild confidence in how you move safely and steadily.

Each one-hour session blends hands-on therapy, gentle movement work, and practical exercises designed to help you feel more comfortable, flexible, and free in everyday life.

Every session begins with a simple check-in and assessment. We’ll look at how your body’s feeling that day and what movements feel easy, or not so easy. From there, we move into a focused myofascial release massage, easing tension, loosening tight muscles, and creating more space for movement.

Afterwards, we’ll reassess how things are shifting and finish with guided mobility and functional exercises. These movements are designed to build strength, balance, and stability, helping you feel stronger and more at home in your body.

This is a gradual, thoughtful 6-week journey. Each week builds on the last, so you’ll start to notice improvements as your body responds – a little more flexibility here, a bit less stiffness there, and a growing sense of ease and strength in your day-to-day activities.

By the end, the goal is simple: to help you move with confidence and comfort again, and to feel like yourself. Together, we’ll focus on movement that feels good, progress that feels steady, and results that help you move, and live, with greater freedom.

What’s Included

  • Our first session together will include an initial detailed consultation and a range of movement assessment.

  • Each of the following sessions will start with an assessment of your range movement, targeted myofascial release massage, a reassessment of range of movement to track progress, followed by guided strength and mobility exercises. You’ll also receive personalised homework to support your recovery between sessions, ensuring steady, sustainable improvement.
