About Me

Hi, I’m Sally, I’m a Fitness Coach, Personal Trainer, and Massage Therapist

I have a special interest in working with women who are going through peri/menopause, as well as those recovering from injury, surgery, or illness. I specialise in helping women regain their strength, mobility, and confidence.

I understand how challenging it can be when your body doesn’t feel like it used to. That’s why I create supportive, personalised fitness programs that work with your body, helping you rebuild safely, move with ease, and rediscover your energy.

My approach is gentle, encouraging, and realistic, focusing on restoring confidence and improving mobility and strength. My aim is to help you feel vibrant, capable, and comfortable in your body.

I trained as a Fitness Instructor and Personal Trainer with YMCA.

I qualified as a massage therapist in 2000 with The Holistic Training Centre. My qualifications were awarded by The International Institute of Health & Holistic Therapies (IIHHT).

Over the years, I have invested in training and have diplomas in body massage, reflexology, facial reflexology, aromatherapy, Indian head massage, thermo-auricular therapy and myofascial release.

I am insured with Fitpro and the Federation of Holistic Therapists.
