I’m Sally, a fitness instructor, personal trainer and massage therapist with a passion for helping women of all ages, but especially women over 45, feel strong and capable in their bodies.

Menopause can take a bit of getting used to (an understatement for some, I know!), whatever stage you’re at. It brings many changes, from joint stiffness to fluctuating energy levels, but with the right support, you can stay strong, mobile, and connected to your body.

My 1:1 sessions and weekly classes are designed to meet you where you are and help you move forward safely, steadily, and with care. My approach is supportive, practical, and always tailored to how you feel, so you can move with ease and confidence again.

Equally, you may be recovering from an injury, rehabilitating after surgery, or simply feeling like your body isn’t moving the way it used to. My gentle 6-week programme is designed to help you reconnect with yourself and move with greater ease. Each one-hour session blends supportive hands-on therapy, thoughtful movement, and simple, practical exercises to help you feel more flexible, steady, and confident in your everyday life. With weekly check-ins, personalised myofascial release, and guided mobility work, you’ll move through a gradual, encouraging journey that builds week by week, easing stiffness, restoring balance, and strengthening your body in a way that feels safe and sustainable. Perfect for anyone wanting to improve mobility and confidence, especially women over 45, this programme is all about helping you feel at home in your body again.

    Fitness Classes
