Let’s be honest, the gym isn’t for everyone. If you’d rather build strength, improve mobility, and feel great in your body without setting foot in a gym, these sessions are for you.

We’ll use bodyweight exercises, resistance bands, and kettlebells to help you move with more freedom, improve balance, and build the kind of strength that makes everyday life easier, like climbing stairs, carrying groceries, or just getting up off the floor with ease.

Each one-hour session is tailored to you – your body, your comfort level, and your goals. My aim is to help you feel stronger, more confident, and completely at home in your body.

What’s Included

  • We’ll start with a short assessment to see how your body’s working, what feels good, what feels tight, and where we can focus to help you move better right away.

  • This is the heart of our sessions. Using bands, kettlebells, and your own bodyweight, we’ll build strength, improve flexibility, and boost coordination, safely and at your pace.

  • We’ll focus on the kind of movement that matters, the stuff that helps you feel more stable, capable, and confident in daily life.

  • Between sessions, I’ll give you easy, practical moves you can do at home to keep your progress going, no equipment (or gym) required.

In just four sessions, you’ll:
